§ 04 · FAQs

Edge cases.

My site is just outside Zone 1 — can you still attend?

Often, yes. The zone lines are rough approximations of typical driving times. If you're a short distance over the Zone 1 boundary we'll usually still take a 1-hour Work Order — schedule a quick call and we'll confirm based on the site and the day.

What does “4 hours or more” mean for Zone 2?

The on-site work itself needs to be at least 4 hours, billed at the flat £95/hour. Travel time isn't billed. whole-hour billing per engineer, same as Zone 1.

Do you go outside Zone 2 for the right job?

For recurring work, longer projects, or anything well-defined we'll often extend further. Schedule a call and tell us what you need — we'll be straight with you about whether it's a fit.
